Mexican Hot Dogs

Fourth of July is coming up and there is not a whole lot of places like summertime in Vermont to enjoy a BBQ. Boring old hot dogs and hamburgers with ketchup and mustard is tried and true, but it is also boring. Let’s impress the guests or just surprise the family with a flexible twist on the old dog. The great thing about hot dogs is that it is an easy texture to get right in vegan/vegetarian alternatives as well. tasteofhome.com posted this quick-and-easy recipe to spice up your hot dogs with bacon and avocados for an instant at your next summer BBQ. Some store-bought pico de gallo and guacamole can make this recipe even easier if you are in a pinch. Come and see us at Steeple Market for all your summer BBQ needs.
